One of the very best features of ChatGPT I rarely hear about is the ability to have a discussion with advanced voice mode, which looks like the above picture.In my case, I'm working on a few vibe-coded apps where I understand some of the technology stack, but there are a lot of details I either never learned or have been lost to time.The ability to rapidly discuss (literally any) technology or tool, how to apply it, and an update on all the best options is really amazing.For instance, I'm trying to figure out the best way to deploy an app I'm building. It mentioned Ansible, which I'm not that familiar with.But thirty years ago, I did read an O'Reilly book about a language called Expect, which I used to revolutionize deploying to the MapQuest servers. I don't think that's an overstatement.Drawing that analogy helps me understand Ansible. It would just be very hard to find somebody with knowledge of the two tools to discuss with.
In unrelated news, my only office coworker (Mason) and I are going to go check out a co-working space near the Stanley in Denver today. He has made it clear he needs a more socially robust work environment.
